Contact with ArtStudio Jo (by phone, videocall or mail) to discuss the juicy details (selection of picture and format, estimated delivery time, payment of advance and other practical issues)

Start of the painting process
After approximately 3 weeks, a picture of the painting is mailed to the customer for review.
Discussion of possible changes by mail or phone/zoom
If needed, a second picture is sent for review
When the preview is approved, the customer is asked to pay the remainder
of 199 € for the painting
Completion of the painting
Drying time (4 to 5 days)
The painting is carefully wrapped up and shipped by courier to the customer
The customer is asked to sign for receipt on arrival of the painting
Any customs/import fees are to be paid by the customer
ArtStudio Jo contacts the customer to check if everything worked out well
If for some reason the customer is not happy with the painting, he/she should notify ArtStudio Jo within 5 working days after receipt, and return it at his/her own expense. The customer will then be reimbursed for the price of the painting minus the non-refundable advance
